Drug Access Arrangements

(i) Chronic Medication
To assist members who are registered on the CCN to access their medication, A.A.C.M.A.S. entered into partnership with the Pharmacy Alliance Group, which grouping incorporates more than 100 pharmacies countrywide, where members access chronic medication and pay a co-payment fee of Z$2,000.00 per script at the point of dispensing. The pharmacies in turn submit claims direct to A.A.C.M.A.S. for processing and payment. The list of participating pharmacies is available online on this webiste.

(ii) Acute Medication
The drug access arrangement has also been extended to cover acute medication. This means that members can obtain their medication upfront without having to pay cash upfront and a list of Pharmacies on Direct Payment is also available online.
