Sovereign Health Services (SHS) (trading as TA Health Services) has been providing health care to employees of the TA Holdings Group of Companies for the past 30 years.
In 1995 SHS opened up the above facilities to the public and to individual non-TA companies who had requested it to provide health care services to their employees.
SHS runs a fully-equipped health centre at 130 Herbert Chitepo Avenue in Harare where there is a dental surgeon, a dental officer and a medical practitioner.

MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS ON EMPLOYEES; PRE-EMPLOYMENT, ANNUAL, ILL HEALTH MEDICALS
It is essential to ensure that new staff recruited to your Company is medically fit to undertake all aspects of the work for which they are employed. SHS will provide a fit/unfit report on each prospective employee based on procedures which range from a pre-recruitment health questionnaire through full health assessments and functional tests carried out as appropriate to the work task.
CONSULTATIONS AND TREATMENT
In the current environment many people are finding it difficult to meet the costs of basic health care. As a result they will defer treatment until they have the money, by which time the problem will worsened and the employer will suffer lost production due to illness.
SHS is able to offer treatment to all your employees for both minor and major medical and dental ailments in conjunction with its wide referral network.
Employees can be seen at the SHS Health Centre on a negotiated monthly capitation basis or on a fee-for-service basis.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 0830 hours to 1630 hours.

Thurs - 0830 hours to 1630 hours
& Friday – 0830 hours to 1230 hours (Dental Therapist)
